Warialda Public School PSSA Soccer
Our boys were ready and raring to go for their soccer match this week! Throughout the game , they continually held their heads high and demonstrated admirable persistence and a great attitude. Whilst they went down 4-9 on the scoreboard, they showed drive and determination that lasted down to the last second.
What a great effort! A thank you to our fantastic soccer coach Mrs Rita Clark, referee, Mr Mac, and Warialda Highschool, for providing a great location to play!

PSSA Touch Football Knockout-Quarter Finalists!
It was a huge day of touch at the Rec ground last week!

Our boys took on Inverell in tough, windy conditions and showed real determination and teamwork throughout the match. Although the final score was 4-0 to Inverell, the boys never stopped trying and should be proud of their spirit and effort.

The girls' game was a true nail-biter! After finishing full-time at one-all, we went into a drop-off scenario. The girls held strong for a long time, making great breaks and brilliant tags, before Inverell managed to score and take the win. Our girls showed incredible honesty, respect and sportsmanship towards referees, their opponents and the rules. We are so proud of their resilience and attitude!

A big thank you to the referees for officiating the game with expertise, and congratulations to Inverell as they move on to the next round. We wish them all the very best.

Special thanks to Miss Naomi Cole and Mrs Amie Turner for their fantastic coaching and support. The time and effort that goes into coaching and training, for both staff and students is phenomenal, and an absolute credit to you all.

Well done to everyone—you’ve represented our school with pride!
