City of Wanneroo Childhood and Youth Services

https://www.wanneroo.wa.gov.au/cowyouth The City of Wanneroo's Childhood and Youth Services team offers events, programs, information and support for children and young people (0-25 years). The team is made up of three sub-teams; Childhood Development, Youth Development and Youth Services. The Youth Services team:
* Delivers drop-in services at the City’s four Youth Centres, with Summer and Winter hours:
- Hainsworth Youth Centre - 29 Hainsworth Ave, Girrawheen WA 6064
- Wanneroo Youth Centre - 21 Ariti Ave, Wanneroo WA 6065
- Clarkson Youth Hub - 59 Key Largo Dr, Clarkson WA 6030
- Yanchep Youth Centre - 7 Lagoon Dr, Yanchep WA 6035
* Delivers an outreach service to various public spaces and parks in the City of Wanneroo; and
* Delivers a range of school holiday programs for children and young people. Summer Hours: Winter Hours:

The Youth Development team:
* Supports young people aged 9 – 25 to connect with local services.
* Co-chairs the Joondalup and Wanneroo Services (JAWS) youth network; and
* Coordinates a number of different youth development initiatives including the Youth Leadership Program. The Childhood Development team:
* Supports parents and children pre-birth to 8 years old;
* Leads the Wanneroo and Surrounds Early Years (WASEY) network;
* Connects local families with organisations and services in the child’s developmental journey; and
