Viss Water is experiencing quite high demand at the moment and as a result wants to add further capacity into its Field operations.

Therefore we have decided to offer positions to young enthusiastic dedicated workers with potential for a traineeship to the right applicant. We dont need the applicant to be experienced, but it would have its advantages.

The right applicant will be available immediately following the Christmas New Year period, they will have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed, they will have a drivers license, and be prepared to work as part of a team. The work consists of general labouring, laying pipelines, building valve assemblies, construction of irrigation, pumping systems, and filtration works.
Hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.00pm Mon - Fri.
Wages will be negotiated and dependant on the level and experience the candidate brings to the table.

Here’s a few images of a previous installation job undertaken by the VISS team. Piscioneri Brothers are large commercial growers of bunched fresh produce. (Parsley, Spring Onions, Turnips, Radish and more.

PROBLEM:

• Their customers are large supermarket chains that require the produce to be supplied in neat plastic bags, washed out and ready to eat, with all the produce meeting all the necessary HACCP food packaging standards and guidelines.

• Ensure that produce does not contain pathogens that might cause food degradation.

VISS SOLUTION:

• Provide the necessary washing infrastructure whilst conserving water and re-using as much of the water as possible.

• Design pipework, pumping systems and drains including its layout size.

BENEFITS:

• Without such a system the washing process would waste all water with little chance of recovery. This system uses only 50,000 litres of water in a
recirculating system for an extended period of time weeks). The alternative is thousands of litres of water per minute being wasted.

• No chance of foodcontamination.

• Cost effective, low labour requirements and an
automated system.
