Hey everyone,
Victoria Plains Rural Fire Brigade wish to advise that our AGM will be commencing at 11:30am on Saturday 14th September at the brigade shed, 657 Victoria Plains Road, Victoria Plains.
A BBQ to celebrate the year so far will proceed immediately

Victoria Plains Rural Fire AGM will be held at 11.30am on the 19th November at the Victoria plains fire shed, sausage sizzle lunch will follow. RSVP for catering purposes.

A State of Fire Emergency has been declared across 42 Local Government Areas in Queensland, following a period of significantly heightened fire weather conditions expected to continue into next week.

Local fire Ban effective 1000 Hrs today 09/11/19 until midnight Monday 11/11/19. Suspend all current permits. This includes cane/tops/trash.

Hi everyone. Weather permitting, QFES will be conducting a hazard reduction burn on the northern side of the Peak Downs Hwy, between the end of Bergman's road and Old Rocky Waterholes road tomorrow evening. There will be a significant area alight so don't be alarmed. We will have several crews on scene to control it. Thank you
