The post office will be closed tomorrow for GOOD FRIDAY. We will also be closed EASTER MONDAY. We will reopen on Tuesday 7th April.

There will be no responses to direct messages to the page after 5pm today until Tuesday.

If you visited our post office today and completed a new SA Ambulance application at 12:37pm, could you please contact us here urgently, or return to the post office with your application form and receipt?

We have no way of contacting you outside of this notice.

Coin collectors update - we will not be selling any of the new $2 coin featuring the red poppy.
IF they are still available, they will be from the Royal Australian Mint. We haven’t received any further information about them, and though they may be available at post offices, the highly sought after and rare coins will likely be sold out to standing orders first. Visit larger post offices who may have more than one. Good luck!

Our alarm gets set off by motion when people go down the driveway or to the back of the post office. Please only access the post office from the front to collect your mail.
The door at the back is off limits and will be locked from this week. There is no need for customers to be driving down the back of the post office for any reason.

Additionally, there are public toilets not 100 meters away, the car park is not a private urinal.

We have completed our audit of all the parcels on hand at the post office and a list of articles that we couldn’t find has been forwarded to auspost as required.

The call centre on 13 76 78 has access to the list. If you attend the post office to collect articles and we are unable to find them, we kindly ask you to contact auspost with your tracking details for further steps.

All items that were taken to Gawler on Friday are now back at Two Wells and are being sorted and scanned back into the system as awaiting collection. Please check your tracking in the app for the most up to date information.

If you received a card for a delivery, your parcel will be available for collection at Two Wells on Monday after the time stated on your card. Most were dated for the 20th, but they will be transferred to us on Monday morning.

If your parcel is showing awaiting collection at Gawler, they will be transferred back to Two Wells either Monday or Tuesday and we will update when we know more.

For those tracking parcels taken to Gawler, I’ve been told they are still scanning and getting them ready for collection. They will be open Saturday from 9-12:30 if you’re able to attend.
Please ensure you have your collection QR codes, if possible, and your ID (mandatory).

We still don’t know if parcels will be brought to us Monday, please stay tuned.

For anyone waiting on parcels today, please watch your tracking. Auspost have advised they will take today’s deliveries to Gawler post office. Please have ID and your tracking number to assist them with this process. Let the staff know you are from Two Wells.

Any parcels or mail inside the post office is off limits as the area is currently a crime scene.
