Gluten Free on the Central Coast NSW The purpose of this is to share experiences on the Central Coast, surrounds and on the net in regards to Gluten Free living.

I post mostly Australian-centric news or research articles and include Central Coast, Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley reports and reviews. I want people in these areas to feel empowered and confident with places to go and be able to gain information within our area. I'll also share any information that is relevant to coeliacs or gluten sensitives of today or anything useful found on the ne

* I will repost articles of interest, so I apologise in advance if you get multiple posts in your News Feed, but this is the aim of my service to you.
* I also post when I can (I'm a stay at home Mum with 2 boys under 3 years of age (2012)) so I will inevitably clog your News Feed from time to time.
* I aim to post at least once a day, usually late at night EST. I do sometimes manage to post several times through the day if there is a lot going on around the world.
* I post articles that are from all around the world, not only Australian articles.
* I keep this community personal by sharing some of our outings and the success of visiting grocers, shops, restaurants and take aways or any products we have bought and tested.

Just about everything is GF or GFO.. the quality was amazing, could not fault anything at all. Crunchy chicken pieces, calamari, beef sticks etc etc. I’m fussy and this was fresh and tasty. 👍🏽
