🐢🐦 Turtles, terns and teamwork – volunteers wanted! 💙🌴

Want to help protect some of the Cassowary Coast’s most incredible locals?

Cassowary Coast Regional Council is looking for volunteers to help monitor and protect nesting sea turtles and vulnerable shorebirds across our beautiful coastline.

You’ll help observe nesting activity, record information and contribute to important conservation work that helps protect our beaches and wildlife for the future 🌊

No experience needed - training and resources are provided, including how to safely recognise and record turtle and shorebird activity without disturbing wildlife.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to:

✅ Learn new skills
✅ Meet like-minded people
✅ Make a real difference right here in our region

Another amazing night at the Cassowary Coast Business Women's Network for their AGM! Our chamber members absolutely loved Alex and Tori’s business story, but loved their smoked crocodile even more! 🍻 Friday: Tully Darts have 5 meat trays from Teitzel's IGA to win PLUS the Publican’s Purse has 𝙎𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙉 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙏𝙊𝙉𝙎 𝙊𝙁 𝘽𝙀𝙀𝙍 to give away! Winner must be present to take home the cartons.

🏆 Sunday: Pool Comp is BACK from 12pm!🎱 Plus Goose Club raffles drawn at 1pm followed by the Euramo Yacht Club member draw. It’s the last Sunday of the month, so wear your member shirt and go in the draw to win something awesome!
