We provide water and sewerage services to around 168,000 people in Gippsland. Our page is moderated between 9am and 5pm.

Our service area stretches from Drouin in the west to Loch Sport in the east, and from Mirboo North in the south to Rawson and Briagolong in the north. We provide water & sewerage services to more than 70,000 customers in Gippsland, from Drouin to Stratford. Water Heroes, it's not too late to make a splash! 🌊

Aaaaahhh-chooooo! 🌻🐝Yep, spring has sprung.

Spring this year is forecast to be a drier one than usual but we're well prepared and our storages are looking strong.

That said, saving water is always in season. Victoria’s Permanent Water Saving Rules are in place year-round, regardless of the weather. 🌨️🌞🌧️

Follow these simple, common-sense rules to use water wisely and sustainably at home:
💧 use a trigger nozzle on hand-held hoses
💧 water gardens with a sprinkler only between 6pm and 10am
💧 use a hand-held hose, watering can or bucket at any time
💧 avoid using water to clean hard surfaces such as driveways and paths
💧 ensure fountains and water features use recirculated water.
