It is used as an important tool for Townsville City Council to actively engage with the community, serving as a place for discussion, enquiries and an active exchange of ideas. The Townsville Disaster Information page is maintained by the Communications & Marketing team at Townsville City Council. Our team will respond to enquiries during the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The page will be monitored but not active outside of these hours.
