Good evening all,

Just a friendly reminder that PAK’s RSAS team is not permitted to go into peoples homes to wake up children and get them ready to attend school.

We have recently received requests for some members of the RSAS team to go into homes, wake children and get them ready for school and we need to be clear that is not the part of the role and will not be something that we will be doing.

It’s important that children are getting a good nights sleep and are ready to learn as every day at school is important.

We are always happy to help out with making sure children have a safe way to attend school but it is the responsibility of the parents/caregivers to wake students and have them ready to attend.

PAK recently held a BBQ with Tennant Creek Primary to celebrate Fathers Day.

It was a great turnout out and wonderful to see all the fathers, grandfathers, brothers, uncles, carers and all other father/parent figures attend. It was nice to be invited to help out and be able to show our appreciation for all the father figures within our community.

Thanks to TCPS for another successful collaboration and hosting such a wonderful event.
