❗️ EMERGENCY WORKS – TEMORA

There has been a burst on Little De Boos Street, Temora, affecting customers between Victoria Street and Loftus Street.

Our crews are on site carrying out emergency repairs. At this stage, we don’t have an estimated time for water to be restored, but our team is working as quickly and safely as possible to restore supply.

Once your water is restored:
💧 Run the tap closest to your water meter for 2–3 minutes, or until the water runs clear.
👕 Please avoid washing clothes until the water is running clear.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while these emergency repairs are completed.

There has been a burst on Junee Road, Temora. Crews are currently attending, residents located around the area may experience discoloured water while the emergency works are completed. Some residents will also have no supply, we expect supply to be restored in approx 2 hours.

Once water is restored:

❗️Planned Night Works & Outage 💧

There will be a planned water outage on Wednesday, 17 June 2026 while essential water supply system night works are completed for the Inland Rail project.

Water supply will be isolated from Stockinbingal to Temora including Springdale but not affecting Stockinbingal village, from 8:00pm Wednesday evening to 5:00am Thursday morning. All affected customers have been notified.

❗️PLANNED OVERNIGHT WORKS- Little Baker Street Temora

Goldenfields Water advises that overnight works will be undertaken to replace hydrants located in Little Baker Street, Temora.

Works will take place from Monday 15 June to Friday 19 June, with construction occurring each night between 6:00pm and 5:00am.

While every effort will be made to minimise noise, residents in and around Parkes Street, Loftus Street, Victoria Street, Polaris Street and Britannia Street may experience some disturbance during these times.

Emergency repair works are currently underway in Barellan.

Customers located on Wilga Street & Bendee Street may experience no water supply while repairs are being completed.

Customers in nearby areas may also experience low water pressure or discoloured water during this time.

⏱ Estimated repair time: 4-5 hours.

What to do once water is restored:
🔹 You may temporarily experience discoloured water. Check the water from the tap closest to your water meter before use.
🔹 Do not wash clothes until you have checked the water quality. If the water is discoloured, run your tap until it clears.

Congratulations to our Operations Manager, Alex Dahlenburg who recently attended the IPWEA NSW & ACT Engineering Excellence Awards, where he was awarded the David Abbott Award.
