The State Heritage Listed Tailem Bend Railway Station ๐ is an iconic building that played an important part in the early years of the South Australian Railways ๐ค and the establishment of ๐ Tailem Bend.
Since the opening of the Shell V-Power (The Bend) Motorsport Park ๐ the region has seen an increase in visitors ๐.
Centrally located in the heart of Tailem Bend the Railway Station ๐ operates as a โน๏ธ Visitor Information Outlet and rail museum currently open Mon-Fri 10am - 3pm.
The Tailem Info Station is looking for weekend volunteers ๐ with the aim of being open 7 days a week!
Volunteers assist with a range of tasks and duties that profile Tailem Bend and neighbouring towns ๐บ making the region a more friendly ๐ and desirable destination for our visitors.
Enjoy the benefits of working with like-minded people ๐, gaining new skills and knowledge ๐ง , while giving back to the community and gaining a sense of belonging!
