This week our visit to the Men’s Shed was extra special as we had some special visitors come to help pour the resin in our projects. Our students have worked hard with our Men’s Shed members Cliff, Pat, Brett, Warren & Southy.
Thank you to our parents, grandparents & carers who made time today to support our students.
This has been a fabulous opportunity for our kids to work alongside their elders in the community.
Thank you again to the Bargo Men’s Shed for making our first joint project such a successful one.

Happy Father’s Day! 💛 Enjoy a post-lunch chuckle as we hear from a couple of young voices.

Today we celebrate all the dads who do so much, from fixing things that were apparently “broken” five minutes ago, to cooking dinner, cleaning up, doing the school run and somehow always finding the missing sock! Thank you for everything you do, big and small, to support, encourage, guide and love your children every day.

Father’s Day is also a wonderful opportunity to recognise the special people who step into a fatherly role. Grandads, stepdads, uncles, brothers, carers, mentors and those who simply show up with love, patience and support. Your presence makes a lasting difference in the lives of our children. Today, we celebrate you too!

To our wonderful fatherly figures within our TPS staff, Mr Kellaway, Mr Maumill, Mr Booth and Mr Greg, we hope you are enjoying plenty of love, appreciation and perhaps a well deserved break from any Sunday jobs!

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads and fatherly figures in our TPS community. 💛🖤

Talk about a Symphony of Stories strutting down the runway! 🎶📚

Throwback to last week, when our favourite book characters leapt out of the pages and onto the assembly aisle! Despite the rain, Ms Marden and her book loving spirit put on a wonderful parade. We thank her for all her efforts.

A huge cheer for our students for rocking their costumes, our amazing families for organising such outstanding outfits & joining us to celebrate in the hall, and our teachers for really getting ‘in character’ for another unforgettable Book Week Parade.

Onto the next chapter… 🐞🦠📖 Catching the Reading Bug!

Razorback Athletics ~ our students definitely wore their black and gold with pride! 💛🖤
Congratulations to all students who represented Tahmoor at today’s Zone Carnival. We are very proud of all our athletes.

Results to highlight include:
• Sophia came 3rd in the 100m final
• another student came 2nd in the 100m final
(this was their first ever zone carnival)
• Mariah came 1st in shot put & 3rd discus
• We also had a student win the 9s 100m final!

Our appreciation is extended to all the parents and carers who attended to show their encouragement and support.

A special shout out to our wonderful team managers, Mrs Ford and Mrs Wards, who were both feeling unwell today but persevered to ensure students got to all their events. Thank you also to Mr Kellaway and Miss Polhill, who were carnival officials and contributed to the set up, pack up and running of the day’s events.
