A creative flow from this week 🫶🏽

The shapes are only the final expression.

The real practice happens in the preparation:
opening the hips
activating the muscles that support the range
building stability
creating control before depth

This flow was designed to move through:

1️⃣ Warm-up + conditioning
Hips, shoulders, spine, and the foundations needed for deeper movement

2️⃣ Hip activation flow
Inner thighs, outer hips, and quads to create strength inside flexibility

3️⃣ Creative mobility + arm balance
Exploring movement, transitions, and control

4️⃣ Standing + balance work
Hip opening, leg strength, and deeper shapes

5️⃣ Deep movement exploration
Backbends, scorpion, forearm wheel, dropbacks, and handstands

I love creating practices where flexibility is not just about going deeper…

It’s about feeling stronger, safer, and more connected in your body.

Would you practice this flow? 🤍

It was definitely a crowd pleaser this week🩷

A shape can look beautiful… but the way you get there matters.

A few years ago, I was practicing scorpion without having built enough strength and control to support the position properly.

I was chasing the shape before I had built the foundation.

That created too much pressure and taught me a lesson I’ll never forget:

Flexibility without strength is not freedom.

Now my practice is built around:
active flexibility
alignment
end-range stability
understanding my body

The goal isn’t just to get deeper.

The goal is to feel strong, supported, and in control while you move.

This is why I believe advanced movement should be trained — not forced 🫶🏽

One of my favorite things about yoga is that the practice is never just physical.

This lesson came from a simple 😉 hip opener.

What started as discomfort turned into a reminder of some of yoga’s most powerful teachings:

• Ahimsa — non-violence
• Satya — truthfulness
• Svadhyaya — self-study
• Aparigraha — non-attachment
• Santosha — contentment

The pose didn’t change.

My mindset did.

And that changed everything.

Have you ever had a pose teach you something unexpected? 💭

Thank you for supporting me 🤍

Flexibility Flow — strength meets depth ✨

This one’s a spicy one 🌶️

Inside this practice you’ll find:
• Flip grips
• Wheel
• Hollowback variations
• Dropbacks
• Tic Tocs

But here’s the thing…

None of these shapes come from flexibility alone.

Every section of this flow is designed to build the strength, control, and stability needed to support deeper movement.

Inside the carousel you’ll see:

→ Peak postures
→ Initial warm-up
→ First mobility flow
→ Heat-building flow
→ Peak sequence
→ Deep flexibility work
→ Core cool-down

I believe flexibility should be active, strong, and supported.

Not forced.

Use this sequence as inspiration for your next practice or join me online to move through the full flow together 🫶🏽

Which posture would you work on first? 👇

Cheststand ↔ Wheel transition step by step:

• Oblique warm-up (trust me… this changes everything)
• Psoas openers — otherwise your lower back takes over
• Upper back activation
• Back chain warm-up
• Glutes + hamstring activation
• Neck strengthening
• Chinstand leg-to-head technique
• Cheststand depth + control
• Weight shifting in wheel
• Wheel pulses
• Neck relief drills (you’ll thank yourself later)

This is NOT something you learn in one day.

You need:
• a solid wheel
• a stable chinstand + cheststand
• active flexibility
• strength in your end ranges
• stamina + breath control

Train slowly.
Don’t force depth your body can’t support yet.

The goal isn’t just flexibility —
it’s control, strength, and stability inside the shape.

Be patient, stay consistent, and have fun with the process 🫶🏽

Would love to know which part feels hardest for you ↓
