165 international design teams are competing to shape the future of Bays West, with every proposal required to deliver a minimum of:

🏠 700 affordable homes
🌳 25% open space
🌊 A new, connected waterfront precinct

This funds creates the industry necessary to build modular homes here in Australia.

The project will also create skilled jobs, strengthen Australian manufacturing and help tackle one of the biggest barriers to housing supply - how quickly we can build.🌹
