🏆 FINALISTS ANNOUNCED – 2026 NSW Community Sports Awards 🏆

As we near the end of another fantastic season, we'd like to thank our 2025/26 Committee for their dedication, teamwork, and countless hours spent supporting Mount Annan Swimming Club.

Committee involvement is much more than Friday Club Nights. Throughout the season, this team has worked together behind the scenes to organise events, manage club operations, support families, and help create the positive club environment we all enjoy.

As we look ahead to the 2026/27 season, we'd love to see some new faces get involved and help shape the future of our club. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

💙💛 PHO3NIX JUNIOR EXCELLENCE PROGRAM 2025/2026 💛💙

Mount Annan Swimming Club is incredibly proud to celebrate our swimmers who have achieved Blue, Bronze, Silver and Gold standards in the PHO3NIX Junior Excellence Program! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

This national development program recognises junior swimmers aged 9–13 years who are progressing through the early stages of their competitive swimming journey.

⭐ The Program:
🏆 Recognises performance through Gold, Silver, Bronze and Blue standard times achieved at approved meets
📈 Provides clear performance benchmarks for swimmers, parents and coaches to work towards throughout the season
💪 Encourages long-term athlete development, commitment and continuous improvement

Congratulations to all of our recipients on this fantastic achievement! Your hard work, dedication, consistency and willingness to challenge yourselves in training and competition have been rewarded. 👏💙💛

What an incredible achievement by Mount Annan Swimming Club's own Meray at the NSW All Schools Swimming Championships held on 21–22 May!

Competing against some of the state's best school-age swimmers, Meray delivered an outstanding performance, achieving multiple podium finishes, personal bests, and National Championship qualifications.
Adding to these remarkable achievements, Meray has also been nominated for a leadership position within the NSW Schools Swimming Team for the National Championships.

But that's not all! Meray's next major event will be the 2026 Australia Swimming Trials, taking place from 8–13 June 2026 at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre. Competing at the Australian Trials is a fantastic achievement and another exciting step in her swimming journey.

🏊‍♀️ Outstanding Achievement, Meray! 🏊‍♀️

Congratulations to Meray on her incredible performance at the NSW All Schools Swimming Championships held on 21 and 22 May.

Competing against some of the state's best swimmers, Meray achieved outstanding results across multiple events:

🥉 3rd place – 100m Freestyle (PB) and qualified for Nationals
🏅 4th place – 100m Butterfly (PB)
🥉 3rd place – 50m Breaststroke and qualified for Nationals
🥉 3rd place – 100m Breaststroke and qualified for Nationals
🏅 6th place – 50m Butterfly (PB)

Meray's hard work, dedication and commitment to continual improvement were evident throughout the competition, achieving personal bests in three events and qualifying for the National Schools Swimming Championships in the 50m Breaststroke, 100m Breaststroke and 100m Freestyle.

Adding to these achievements, Meray has also been nominated for a leadership position within the NSW Schools Swimming team for the National Championships.

Well done Meray! We wish you every success you prepare to represent NSW at Nationals!
