Our Story
The Rotary Club of Eastwood –Gladesville meets every Tuesday for Dinner at Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club, 117 Ryedale Road West Ryde. Arrival at 6pm for a 6:30pm start and finishing at 8:30pm. At most meetings we have a guest speaker. These speakers are from various organisations and are very informative. At other meetings, the activities of the club are planned. Members of Eastwood-Gladesville Rotary have Rotary Classifications, and represent many vocations such as law, dentistry, building, surveying, retailing, engineering, travel and insurance to name just a few. Our members, both male and female, also represent many different nationalities. Rotary is not a secret society and visitors are always welcome. The basis of Eastwood –Gladesville Rotary, as with all Rotary Clubs, is a group of business people who wish to put something back into their community. We offer a network of like-minded men and women from industrial and commercial organisations with an interest in serving their local and international community. Eastwood-Gladesville Rotary Club is not a large Club, but is friendly and enthusiastic, taking part in many local, national and international activities and projects, and is proud to be of service within the surrounding community.
