CRU Camps are running across the school holiday spring break, with options for kids who want full-on adventure, younger children who prefer a day camp, and even Year 12 students looking for a more productive way to spend part of the holidays.

This is one new opening in Caringbah you’ll want to know about 👀
Wise Specialist Emergency Clinic is now open, giving you another option when you or your child needs urgent medical care, without the usual long wait in a hospital ED.

It’s a walk-in clinic, no appointment needed, and you’ll be seen quickly by experienced specialist emergency doctors.

They can treat a wide range of urgent illnesses and injuries, including fractures, sports injuries, cuts, burns, asthma, allergic reactions, fevers, vomiting, chest pain, palpitations, rashes, eye injuries, migraines, abdominal pain and more.

There’s also X-ray, CT, ultrasound and pathology on site, plus emergency dental, physio, infusion services and specialist clinics.

And a very handy bonus, there’s parking on site too 🙌

🤸The Spring School Holiday Clinic at The NSW Academy of Gymnastics is back this September and October, with fun sessions combining games, skill development and plenty of time on the gym floor.

Kids can practise cartwheels, handstands and more, while exploring equipment including vault, bars, beam, floor, pit, parallel bars and tumble tramp. Beginners, competitive gymnasts and dancers are all welcome.
