Tucked between Parsley Beach and Watsons Bay, Kutti Beach is not easy to track down. If you find yourself at the end of Wharf Road in front of the Vaucluse Amateur Sailing Club thinking you’ve hit a dead end, look a little closer. You’ll see a staircase so narrow you might regret last night’s dinner. Follow it down and you’ll discover a small row of beach front mansions and their boat houses joini

ng a perfect stretch of golden sand. With sailboats to gaze out on and palm trees a plenty, Kutti Beach feels a million miles away from the tourist mecca of Watsons Bay. If you’re feeling cheeky and the sailing club is closed, swim out to their private deck and use the harbour as your own personal swimming pool. Looks like you’ve got a new piece of property to add to your beach hang portfolio.Look for the hidden and very narrow steps next to the clubhouse wall. Tip: This is a Dog Friendly beach. Dogs are allowed at all times on a leash and are allowed in the water.
