One year on from the Bondi attack, we will come together to remember the lives lost and their loved ones, those injured, the survivors, and everyone who continues to carry the huge impact of that day.

This Chanukah, Sharing Light will bring 5,000 handmade clay vessels to Archer Park, each one glowing as the sun sets. Together, they will transform a place of tragedy into a place of remembrance, connection and hope.

Council is also beginning the work towards a permanent memorial, with the process guided by those who have been most deeply affected and the wider community.

It will take time and care to create something worthy of what has been lost - a place to remember, reflect and stand together. 🤍
