感謝神的恩典，讓我們經歷祂的大能！
連續兩個星期三，HHC 很感恩能在 Chatswood The Sebel 舉辦「長者健康專題系列講座」：
第一場：《防跌指南暨我的老年護理》
第二場：《甚麼是認知障礙症？》
兩場講座均有 超過70位長者及社區人士出席。我們很感恩能在 Chatswood 認識這麼多長者和家庭，與大家分享長者健康資訊、認知障礙症知識，以及政府居家護理服務，讓更多長者和照顧者知道在有需要的時候，可以從哪裡得到合適的支援。
但最令我們感恩的，不單單是出席的人數。 更寶貴的是看到 HHC 員工和義工同心服侍的喜樂。從活動前的預備、接待、翻譯、分享，到活動後與每一位長者交流，每一個崗位、每一份付出，都充滿著愛與關懷。
我為每一位 HHC 員工和義工向神獻上感恩和讚美。
謝謝你們同心同行，為祂所愛的長者付出時間、心力和愛。
願我們繼續成為社區的祝福，陪伴更多長者和家庭，在需要的時候得到關懷、支援與盼望。 🙏💛

We thank God for His grace and for allowing us to experience His amazing work.
Over two consecutive Wednesdays, HHC was blessed to hold our Seniors Health Seminar Series at The Sebel Chatswood:
Session 1: Falls Prevention & Understanding My Aged Care
Session 2: What is Dementia?
We are incredibly grateful that more than 70 people attended each session. Through these events, we had the opportunity to meet many older people and families in the Chatswood community, share important health information, and help them better understand government-funded home care services and the support available to them.
But our greatest joy is not simply the number of people who attended.
What touched us most was seeing our HHC staff and volunteers serving together with one heart and with joy.
From preparing the events and welcoming participants, to providing information, translation and personal support, we are deeply thankful for every person who gave their time, energy and heart to care for our older community.
I give thanks and praise to God for every member of our HHC team and every volunteer.
Thank you for all that you have done for the older people whom He loves.
May HHC continue to be a blessing to our community, walking alongside older people and their families with care, support and hope. 🙏💛
