Successful funding has been announced through the Bushrangers MTB club!
It's been a long time in the making, but major upgrades are planned for Parklands over the next 12 months.

The funding packages include additional equipment purchases for ongoing maintenance.

A dedicated team headed out today for some unscheduled trail love.
Marty from EnPlusOne looks to have re-adopted Phoenix.
Matt and Rob finished the bottom section and it's open for business !
Chris, Terry, Matt and Rob cleaned up hazards across the meadows.

Trailworx will be back in with the digger during the next two weeks. Depending on progress, keep an eye out for a formal trail care event next weekend or the one after.

Thanks to the dedicated volunteers who deprived themselves of fairy floss to finish off the top half of Phoenix.

Please be aware that Trailworx are still tweaking features in the second section, so please peel out to the fire trail at the 'trail closed' sign. Probably only until early next week.

There are also still a few temporary water bars along the open top section, so please raincheck your Strava run until it's all open.

Mountain bike riders looking to test their skills this summer can head to the new Mountain Bike Skills Course at the Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre at The Gap in Brisbane’s north-west.
