With extensive experience in the NDIS space as a Specialist Support Coordinator / Behavioural Support Practitioner, she weaves together purpose, creativity, and care engaging and encouraging people to develop skills, explore their potential and to live and speak their truth. Kaeleen has extensive experience in community development through the arts across Australia engaging with diverse marginalised groups with different abilities, experiencing mental health, domestic violence and sexual assault, Youth at Risk, Seniors and extensively with First Nations, particularly in Remote Indigenous Communities. Currently Kaeleen is working on several innovative concepts in the NDIS space as a connector with First Nations driven Culture Connect program – supporting community by community.
