Greetings parents and carers,
Summer uniforms are back in store. Beat the start of Term 4 panic and get in before the seasonal uniform change over.
Also a reminder,
From the 1st October, there will be a small price increase on a number of uniform shop items.
This is due to:
1) New legislation introduced by the government that prohibits vendors from passing on the card surcharge. That’s about $2,000 of card fees per year.
2) Our suppliers have increased the cost price of stock over the last few years.
3) Our suppliers have either introduced a new delivery fee, or increased their delivery fees.
Unfortunately, this means we too need to increase our uniform prices.
The uniform shop volunteers have tried to source new suppliers (as you may note we’re now selling Trutex and Branded stock, which has the same, if not better quality and better pricing), and tried to buy in bulk to save on delivery fees.
We’ve kept our prices the same since September, 2019!!
The following items will be increased:
• Boy’s Summer Shirt $28 >> $30
• Boy’s Summer Shorts $28 >> $30
• Boy’s Winter Trousers $38 >> $40
• Sport Polo $49 >> $50
• School bag $77 >> $78
• Library bag $17 >> $18
• Excursion bag $17 >> $18
These new prices will not take effect until 1st October 2026.
We understand the cost of living is impacting everyone (including the volunteers!). Hence we’re giving parents plenty of notice, so that you can pop in store or order online now, to beat the price increase.
