The Ice Cream Factory

The Ice Cream Factory is a collective arts hub located in the ABSOE complex (formally the Peters Ice Cream Factory) right in the heart of West End. The Ice Cream Factory is the heart, soul and vision of seven of Brisbane's physical artists ~ Julian Roberts, Mikey Bailey & Tristan Shelley (Hoopla Clique), Cody Freeman (Twisted Designs), Marianna Joslin, George Le Couteur (Le Couteur Entertainment)

, and Mali De Goey. The current program consists of daily open training sessions, professional rehearsal studio, workshops, and regular performance space for the Brisbane physical arts community. The Ice Cream Factory runs infamous monthly events combining, acrobatic stage productions, cabaret, live bands and DJ's. The Ice Cream Factory is also a fantastic venue for hire for any event whether it be theatre, circus, music, film shoots, workshops or corporate functions. The space is unique to everything else out there, the views of Brisbane city are amazing and yes, of course, we can provide the entertainment. The training space provides unique training facilities for amateurs and professionals alike. The Ice Cream Factory invites collaboration, please approach us with any ideas and projects!
