🍎 Volunteers Needed – Athletics Carnival Canteen 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our School Athletics Carnival is coming up on Friday, 12 June, and the St Georges Basin Public School P&C will be running the canteen for the day. We’re looking for parent and carer volunteers to lend a hand and help make the event a success.

We are seeking volunteers to contribute just one hour of their time between 10:00am and 2:00pm to assist in the canteen and keep things running smoothly throughout the day.

The carnival is for Primary students and Year 2 students turning 8 in 2026, and if you’re planning to come along to support and cheer on your child, we’d love for you to consider volunteering just one hour in the canteen. Your support helps make the day enjoyable and successful for all students.

Athletics Carnival - reminder.

A friendly reminder to please use the link under the activities tab on School Bytes to give consent and make payment for your child to attend the Athletics Carnival.

Unfortunately if we haven't received payment prior to the excursion deadline of Wednesday 10th June 2026, we won't be able to proceed with the given consent, and your child may be unable to participate.

If you decide that you do not wish your child to attend, please make sure to fill out the consent section and indicate that you do not give permission for your child to participate. Once you have completed this process, you will no longer receive emails.
