No, this isn’t a scene out of Mad Max.

It’s a real space capsule - safely returning to Earth right here at the Koonibba Test Range near Ceduna on the state’s Far West Coast 🚀

Led by SA based space company Southern Launch, this marks our FOURTH successful capsule return in just over 12 months - a huge milestone for SA’s rapidly growing space industry.

The capsule carried advanced technology from NASA and other US partners, helping scientists better understand how spacecraft survive the extreme heat and speed of re-entry from orbit.

There are moments that stop you in your tracks. Last night in Mount Gambier was one of them 💙

At our Country Cabinet forum, a young man named Coby bravely stood up in a room full of people he didn’t know.

He thanked the Malinauskas Labor Government for getting Bedford back on track - to make sure people with disabilities still have the jobs and support that mean so much to them.

Coby walked into that room and reminded every single person there why the decisions made around Cabinet tables actually matter. It changes real lives, for real people.
