Recently, we've noticed that many customers have received text messages that appear to be from AusPost, claiming that your parcel has an incorrect address or postcode and asking you to update the information online or pay $0.30 for express delivery.

We’d like to remind everyone that AusPost will never ask you to update your information or make payments online via a text message or email.

Please stay alert and don’t fall for these scams. If you’re unsure, feel free to call us anytime. We hope everyone can avoid any financial loss.
