Today is R U OK Day.
If you feel like something’s not quite the same with someone you know – trust that gut instinct and take the time to ask them “Are you OK?”
By acting as ‘eyes and ears’ and reaching out to anyone who's going through a tough time we can show them they’re supported and encourage them to access help sooner.

Congratulations to 4 members and previous members of the Rowville Fire Brigade on receiving the Chief Officers Citation for Courage for their actions on NYE 2019/NYD 2020 in Mallacoota.
This is an extremely prestigious award that is rarely given out. We couldn’t be more proud of them and the other members of ST1392 for the courage and dedication.
