Is it Dyslexia or is it Irlen Syndrome? 🤔
At our clinic we often get phone calls from parents whose children have recently been diagnosed with dyslexia and asking "what do I do Now?" or "Will Coloured Lenses Help?". 🌈
The answers to both are: "It's worth a simple one hour inexpensive appointment..."
We see a lot of people diagnosed as being dyslexic who also have Irlen Syndrome and the lenses significantly reduce or remove their dyslexic symptoms. Their reading greatly improves, their handwriting improves and their concentration improves. 😎
Being able to see the words clear and still has a huge impact on their ability to read efficiently and they often read with no more omissions or reversals and they no longer need to make up their own story.
