Hello everyone, I hope you all have had a pleasant Easter break. Holidays can be a trying time for some individuals, and it's crucial to acknowledge the potential for loneliness, grief, depression, isolation, anxiety, and generalised unhappiness. If you are experiencing any of these emotions and/or are struggling, please don't hesitate to contact me between the hours of 10am and 6pm. If I am unable to provide the support you may need, I will find & suggest someone for you who can. As a creative exercise I would love to read all your suggestions and tips on how you maintain a positive outlook and healthy sleep habits. Your input may really help someone.
