We are looking for a reliable and friendly university student to join our team at a busy Australia Post Licensed Post Office in Redbank Plains.

Position Details
• Casual position
• To start with we will give few hours a week and based on your performance hours will be increased .
Training will be provided.

Duties
• Serving customers at the counter
• Processing parcels, mail, and postal transactions
• Assisting with retail sales and merchandise
• Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to learn new systems and procedures
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
