we have had a good question today about batteries and which fire extinguishers to use or have ready. And it depends on your situation and battery type, most companies that sell fire equipment can lead you to buying the correct extinguisher for your situation. I am including a link for lithium batteries, but could only find a American one but most information is correct just call 000 not 911
