Thinking about delivering ceiling insulation upgrades through the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program? Now is the time to get certified.

All onsite installers, including business owners, employees and subcontractors, must hold EEC Certified Insulation Installer (CII) certification to participate.

Applications are free until 30 September 2026, saving more than $1,000 per installer. If your team has completed the required training but hasn't yet applied, don't miss this opportunity.

Victoria’s growing commercial solar sector needs skilled workers. Learn more about fully funded training to develop the skills needed for larger-scale solar design and installation.
