Did you know millions of Australians get sick from contaminated food every year?

Take care when preparing, storing, or serving food, especially with high-risk foods. Here are some quick tips to ensure your thinking about :

🧼 Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing food
🍴 Cook food to the proper temperature
🌡 Keep hot foods hot (above 75 degrees) and cold foods cold (5 degrees).
✔️ Leftovers can stay in the fridge for 4-5 days, but if in doubt, throw them out.
