The ymca is aware of the shade sail down- the company has been contacted to come and fix it.
Please note: This page is run by volunteers- sorry we haven’t posted in a while. All opening in for etc is accessible from the south Gippsland outdoor pools page.
We hope you will use our pool as much as you can to support it. It does need a bit of gardening etc. we have ordered new grass for snakes and ladders- so hoping to get that in early in the new year.
Please contact the south Gippsland shire if you would like to help out as a friend of the pool volunteer- eg gardening, event assistance. Promoting use of the pool!
Remember- if we don’t use it we’ll lose it!

Sad times when someone is so desperate to break in to the local pool and steal stock. Allegedly Approx $900 of items were stolen from Poowong pool overnight on 30-31 dec. Please all be on the lookout of al local businesses/ assets. Apparently during dec the library and one of the churches were broken in to. ☹️
