Piara Waters Senior High School's Specialist Soccer Program for Year 9 and 10 students has launched its 2026 Intermediate Pennants Cup campaign with an impressive unbeaten start. The team kicked off the season with a bye win in Round 1, followed by a thrilling 6-4 victory over Kalamunda Senior High School in Round 2, and a hard-won 3-2 home win against Al-Ameen College in Round 3.
Nathan's dynamic performance in Round 2 earned him the Man of the Match award, while Ansh's exceptional goalkeeping in Round 3 garnered similar recognition.
Throughout the season, the students have demonstrated outstanding teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship, upholding the school's values. The program expresses its sincere gratitude to parents, families, and students for their enthusiastic support, which has significantly enhanced the team's morale. Special appreciation is extended to Leni Masibaka, Physical Education teacher, for volunteering her time to umpire and support the team.
