• All questions must be submitted in writing to Council and addressed to the A/Chief Executive Officer prior to or at the Council Meeting
• Priority will be allocated to questions received prior to the meeting
• All questions will be assessed to determine their appropriateness before being put to Council
• Strictly one question per person
• Questions must be read aloud by the person in the gallery
• Maximum discussion time per question is 5 minutes

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE – WASTE TRANSFER STATION VOUCHERS ⚠️
It has been brought to Council's attention that Waste Transfer Station (dump) vouchers issued to ratepayers may be being copied and presented for fraudulent use.

These vouchers are provided as a benefit to eligible ratepayers and are intended for single use only.

Any attempt to copy, alter, share or fraudulently use a voucher may constitute fraud and will be investigated.
Fraudulent use of vouchers ultimately results in additional costs to Council, which are borne by all ratepayers.

Council is reviewing its processes and monitoring voucher usage closely. We ask all ratepayers to ensure their vouchers are kept secure and used only by the person to whom they were issued.

If you have any questions regarding your voucher entitlement, please contact the Council office on (08) 8651 3566.

📢 Council Office Closure Notice
Please be advised that the District Council of Peterborough office will be closed from 9:45am to 12:30pm on Thursday, 4 June 2026 to allow staff to attend mandatory training.
The office will reopen and normal services will resume from 12:30pm.
