For centuries, women have gathered in sacred circles to share wisdom, support one another, and simply be. Rooted in these ancient traditions, MAHA Circles offer a calm and welcoming environment where community and connection can flourish.
MAHA stands for 💫 Movement, Art & Heart 💫
Created by Ale, our Centre’s Yoga Teacher, each circle is thoughtfully curated to nurture the mind, body, and soul.

That's a whopping 984 cans, bottles, and juice boxes diverted from landfill 🌏♻️ and turned into valuable resources for our centre! 🏡✨
