Boxing Fitness Term Program

Are you aged 11–18 and interested in building your fitness, confidence, and self discipline?

Join City of Joondalup Youth Development and ATI Martial Arts for a four week Boxing Fitness Program designed to support young people to develop strength, resilience, and positive wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

Participants will learn boxing and basic martial arts fundamentals, improve coordination and endurance, and build confidence through structured training, pad work, and fitness activities.

• Program length: 4 weeks

• Dates: Wednesdays, 27 May – 17 June

• Time: 4:00–5:15pm (doors open 3:30pm)

• Cost: $30 total for all four sessions

• Location: Heathridge Community Centre, Sail Terrace, Heathridge

✅ Registrations are essential and spots are limited.
