Rotary Club of Mosman Park - Cottesloe

Rotary Club of Mosman Park - Cottesloe To serve the local and international community - and have fun doing it. Join us! In 2000, Freshwater Bay Club members transferred to the Mosman Bay Club.

The Rotary Club of Mosman Park was formed on 17th, March 1972, chartered by the Rotary Club of Claremont-Cottesloe. The recently retiring President and now Honorary Member, Alf Snell and member Jim Phillips were Charter Members. We currently have 25 members both ladies and gentlemen, each with diverse backgrounds; some with years of service, and others brand new to this organisation. Our main fund

raising activities are: The John Hughes Big Walk (for the Cancer Ward at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children), Royal Show Parking & the local Salvation Army Red Shield appeal. We also organise local Australia & Anzac Day breakfasts & the local Annual Seniors Concert. Our latest project has been the building of a local Mens Community Shed, liaising with the Parkerville Children and Youth Care on ways to help, committing to help with a Tower at the Perth Zoo for people to be able to feed the Giraffe’s.
