Our Joeys have been busy. Last week they visited Circul and helped out with weeding before going for a short guided walk. Highlight was seeing an Egret.
Tonight was Makers Mart. They made their own badges, screenprinted their own bags and did the base coat of their orchard trees for Canning Show

A huge congratulations to Xin Yang and Sebastian, who are one step closer to earning the Grey Wolf Award, the highest achievement in the Cub Scout section.

As part of their award requirements, they successfully planned and completed an 11.3 km hike from Swan View Platform Station to Hovea Falls and back. What a fantastic effort!

Well done, Xin Yang and Sebastian — we can't wait to celebrate with you when you complete your peak award journey. 🎉

Our Venturers and Rovers didn’t let the bad weather affect their plans for a campfire … they just moved it indoors and baked their damper in the oven instead of in the coals.

Our Group is looking to find a new home for one of our boats. Free.

Currently in parts but the hulls can be assembled with lashings. Includes sail, mast & boom.
Some photos included from earlier days.
Maybe you want an unusual project boat. Maybe you just want the wood. That’s ok too however you’d need to take it all.
Where Kiribati is currently located does not have road access but we can help you get her to a boat ramp. Trailer not included .

Our Joeys had a great time celebrating World Scout Day. Huge thanks to Scouts WA radio team for a fun and engaging STEM session. Then we headed off to Roley Pools and Boardwalk Trail for a bush walk. Perfect weather, perfect day.

A group of Scouts WA Venturers and Rovers are lucky enough to be on board Leeuwin for a celebration sail. Over the summer holidays, under the guidance of Barb de la Hunty from the Boating Team they made the new bow nets for Leeuwin.

This video sums up our first night of Joeys - fun ! Along with parachute fun our Joeys split into their patrols for games and challenges and we finished off the night with two campfire songs.
