For instance I had the pleasure of conducting the traditional wedding ( both small and large numbers), elopement, the recommitment ceremony and also used by the couple just for the legalities whilst a friend conducted the ceremony. It’s not everyday that I have the pleasure of being the celebrant at a Viking wedding.
When Susan and Larnts married on their beautiful property they certainly set the scene to make it stand out from the crowd.
Yes, all guests came appropriately attired in costume, their horns filled with beer for the many Skal to follow which made this a fun wedding ceremony.
Yes, tears flowed as the couple said their vows and then again when Susan formally adopted Larnts’s daughter as her own.

To be the one to solemnised the marriage of Melissa to Thomas was truely an honour.

The wedding attended by immediate family and closer friends was conducted in the privacy and intimacy of the couples back yard.

I believe the big celebration comes later on in 2025.

Mark and Josie’s wedding ceremony was something out of the ordinary. How could it not be at the Shed at the beautiful Cottage Retreat .

The touches of fun throughout the ceremony made it so memorable with solemn and emotional elements (with the lighting of floating candles to begin the ceremony for instance ) interspersed.

Nothing like stopping the ceremony procedure for some fun with a security alert: to have the wedding rings es**rted down the aisle by the children acting as “ ring security “.
Dressed in black they marched down to the song “Men in Black”!

What followed was Toby their young son es**rt his mother down the aisle. This added another heartfelt moment as he handed her over to his “spare” dad.

Soon after, the children were to respond to the question, “Do you think it’s time for your mum and your “spare” dad to marry?”

A beautiful couple with golden hearts. I wish you all the happiness in the world.
