TUESDAY TIME MACHINE: Bridge foreman, Frank Mitchell, with his completed artist impression of the Lennox Bridge in Parramatta, which carries Church Street over Parramatta River. The Bridge was built in 1839 by David Lennox. This photo was taken in August of 1983.
