Gulfview Heights Primary is a public school in the Northern Adelaide Region and is a member of
the Salisbury Partnership of schools. Built in 1976, the school has a proud history characterised by high levels of student participation and academic excellence, parental involvement, as well as providing a range of extra-curricular activities in the areas of Performing Arts, Physical Education and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Our vision is built around providing a safe and supportive learning environment, and enhancing a student’s capacity to learn and achieve their personal best. We offer a range of specialist programs and extra-curricular activities which stimulate students’ intellectual, physical, moral, social and creative capabilities. Upon the completion of a $1 000 000 STEM redevelopment in 2018, the school became a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics focus primary school to promote an interdisciplinary approach to learning across these areas. Through their engagement in STEM learning, students are able to secure their place as innovators, entrepreneurs, leaders and shapers of an adaptable knowledge-based economy and society.
