The first day of the Year 4 camp has been fantastic!! The students have settled in well and are all happy to be together on camp.

The Sport Aerobics State Championships competition will take place on Saturday 25th July and Sunday 26th July at the Nissan Arena, Nathan.
Year 1, Year 2, Year 5 and Year 6 athletes will compete on Saturday 25 July.
Year 3 and Year 4 athletes will compete on Sunday 26 July.
A schedule for the arrival and performance times for Ormiston SS students has been provided in the comments. Also, a link for the FISAF website for further information is: https://fisafaustralia.com.au/events/spectator-information
Ormiston State School students are only required to attend on the day they are performing.

We currently have a large amount of UNNAMED lost property (jumpers, hats, drink bottles etc) that we are unable to return to the students who have lost them. Please ensure when purchasing new items for your child that EVERYTHING is named to assist us with returning any items to their owners. ANY ITEMS THAT REMAIN UNCLAIMED BY THE END OF TERM (FRIDAY 26 JUNE) WILL BE DONATED AND/OR DISPOSED OF. If you claim any of these items, please name them before they come back to school. Thanks for your assistance.

The Tuckshop will be closed on Friday for end of term cleaning and a stocktake. If parents wish to purchase lunch for their student on this day, the Chappy Meal Deal is available with orders closing at 9am tomorrow (Wednesday 24th June). Sorry, no late orders can be accepted. 🙁

We will be celebrating Fête de la Bastille on 14 juillet (Term 3 Week 1 - Tuesday 14th July) with a French flag dress-up day (come dressed in the colours of the French flag - red, white and/or blue), and croissants au chocolat, available to be ordered for students to eat at first break at a cost of $4.50 each. There will be no requirement to bring a gold coin, however students must be dressed in red, white and/or blue (sun safe, with closed in shoes) OR their usual school uniform.
Orders for the croissant au chocolat are available to be taken at the Tuckshop or through Munch Monitor, (look for the school shop section) until Wednesday 24 June, closing at 2pm. Unfortunately there will be no orders able to be taken after this time.

The next Chappy Meal Deal Day will be held at first break on the last day of term, next Friday the 26th June. Information regarding ordering has been sent home with students, with orders submitted online via a QR code. Please scan the code on the form (or screenshot and press and hold the QR code in the image supplied below) and enter your child's name, class name and the meal your child would like. Online orders close 9am next WEDNESDAY (24th June). All money raised from the meal deal will support the Ormiston State School Chaplaincy Service. Sorry, no late orders can be accepted. 🙁
