With the King’s Birthday Public Holiday this Monday, 8th of June, there will be some amendments to our facility operating hours.

🕒 OPENING HOURS - FACILITY & GYM
8:00am - 4:00pm.

🏊‍♂️ LEARN TO SWIM:
There will be NO Learn to Swim Classes running throughout the day. Classes will resume as usual on Tuesday, 9th of June.

At BlueFit, we proudly acknowledge the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This National Reconciliation Week (27th of May - 3rd of June), we invite our community to join us in reflection and meaningful action.

This year’s theme, “All In,” is a powerful reminder that progress requires all of us to step forward, take responsibility, and contribute to change every single day.

At BlueFit, reconciliation is a core part of our mission. Through our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we are actively working across our 60+ facilities to:
🤝 Strengthen Partnerships with First Nations peoples and organisations.
🌿 Build Respect by celebrating First Nations cultures and knowledge.
✨ Create Opportunities in employment, education, and business.

This ongoing journey is beautifully captured in our RAP artwork by proud Gomeroi woman Caitlin Trindall of Mirii Art, telling a story of community and partnership.

We’re closing out the month by focusing on Nature and Connection. While Mindful May is coming to an end, prioritising your time in nature doesn't have to stop here.

As you move through the week ahead, give yourself permission to step away from the hustle and simply be outdoors. Tune into your senses, take a deep breath, and let the natural world do the rest!

We understand that nature sometimes doesn’t align with your schedule. If there are rainy days and you can’t get out to explore and connect, we have set up virtual reformer sessions for selected facilities for you to practice mindfulness!

On March 29th, our Health Club Manager Apryl achieved something incredible, she completed her first marathon! 🏃‍♀️

That’s a full 42km after weeks of dedication, training, and commitment. She pushed all the way to the finish line and we couldn’t be more proud 💪

Well done, Apryl What an amazing achievement! And watch out, Ned Brockman 😉🔥

Some tips Apryl has shared to help anyone looking at improving their running:
- Stay consistent and stick to the plan. It will show on race day!
- Take rest and recovery as serious as every session 💆
- Make sure you are fuelling enough and prioritise your sleep
