The Aussy Day Brekky is a great, free event for people of all ages, celebrating the great country that we live in; happening on Saturday 26th January from 8am to 12am at the Nowra Showgrounds. This is a free, family friendly event for the whole community to come together and enjoy great food, friends, attractions, rides and activities. Though the event and every activity is free, there is a cost f
or all food and drinks on the day. This is the fourth year that Aussy Day Brekky has been running in Nowra, and has grown bigger and better each year. This year we had over 5000 people come to the event, and next year we are making it bigger, with more attractions, rides and activities for the whole family. We're expecting an even greater turnout in 2013, and making sure it will be the best day for everyone involved. This year the Aussy Day Brekky will also be hosting the local Australian of the Year awards & Australian Citizenship Ceremony in the main pavilion from 10am. On top of that we also have some awesome supporters, attractions, rides and performances set up for 2013. Including a live music stage, classic car shows, giant water slide, jumping castles, Nowra Zoo animal displays, lawn mower racing, Nowra RSPCA display, Bloke's block, Ladies Lane, kids games, face painting, market stalls, community orginization displays, slot racing cars, wii games, and much much more.
