The Battle of 415 King St Newtown This is a battle for heritage and ethics. How a dream to restore my building to its original 1830's facade as a legacy became a nightmare of injustice.

The Battle of 415 King St, Newtown, Australia is a battle for heritage and ethics. I thought, to restore my building to it's original 1830's King Street facade would be great for Newtown's heritage. I thought it was the right thing to do. It was to be a legacy of our heritage for future generations. BUT, to my shock, Marrickville council agreed with the view of my three neighbour's who believed 't

he 1907 facade was more in keeping' with the current 20th century streetscape and that I was attempting to infringe on our heritage. It didn't make sense! I never imagined a battle that has been going now for over 7 years. I never wanted this battle but I can't back down. It's what I believe in, despite the hardship is has caused me. As Bob Marley says "Get up, stand up: don't give up the fight!"

This is my story, please share it to spread the word and show that Right IS Right and Wrong IS Wrong whether it is for individuals, communities, police or the government.

This is the man that ASSAULTED (bashed) me up.. His sister tricked me to leave my property, I did as she was yelling, disturbing my guests... His wife was out side hidding, then I saw Don pop out so I turned to go back into my property... His sister & wife BLOCKED me so Don could attack me from the back.. HE DID.. 3 massive hard kicks to my lower spine & 6 very hard punches to my head... Police were called Const Amanda Warren charged/arrested me refused to listen to me, I told her I had CCTV camera's placed all around my property BECAUSE of my bully neighbour's... The assault will be caught on my camera's. She said NO!
Our day in court... Don his sister/wife & const Amanda Warren all lied on the stand and JUST GOT AWAY with it all... Lucky me, my CCTV footage caught the BRUTAL BASHING on tape... AND! Yes it exposed the liars of the Nguyen family...
Yes! To this program exposing Don for the real person he is.. He is a Liar, a Bully, a Nasty Nasty man. Don is one evil evil man.. Thanks to this show.. Many people in Newtown believed the Nguyen family, they told neighbour's & Newtown police that- I threw a 10 kilo bag of cement over his daughter... What a lie.. I asked const Warren- Where's the blood? Where's the girl? where's the Ambulance? Where's Don? (he ran off once he bashed me up with his martial skills). I truly feel for these families, so sad... AS I KNOW DON VERY VERY WELL & WHAT EVIL THINGS HE IS VERY CAPABLE OF DOING... BOO BOO to his wife & sister too, they both set me up so Don could use me as a punching bag.. They blocked me and just stood there watching him belt the living day lights out of me..
BOO BOO to Magistrate Quinn too... She handled it very very poorly, siding with the Nguyen family with her personal opinion...

Inner West Marrickville council- Has not/ will not stop their evil torment against me & 415 King street... I am getting posters ready for spring to start my - HUNGER STRICK - On my awning... Until council starts to mend the damage they have caused me- Financial, Mental health, and now I have CANCER... I totally blame MARRICKVILLE COUNCIL for allowing Judy Clark to jump into my life, flip it upside down to DESTROY me... My two assaults by Don (aka Dodgy Don on ABC 4 Corners) I blame council for that too... MARRICKVILLE COUNCIL has COMPLETELY DESTROYED ME.. SPIRIT and SOUL... ALL BECAUSE I WANTED TO RESTORE MY 1830's BACK TO IT'S ORIGINAL FACADE FOR ALL TO SEE... BUTTON SHOP & JAN CAMPBELL (employed by council at the time)... URGED COUNCIL TO PLACE A STOP ALL WORK ORDER & COVER UP THE 1830's & COUNCIL DID.. THEY DRAGGED MY DA OUT FOR WELL OVER A DECADE.. THEN, ON TOP- THEY CHARGE ME $32,198.53 IN INTEREST FALLING BEHIND IN MY RATES...HOW DARE THEY!!!.. JUDY CLARK MUST BE SACKED & M'VILLE COUNCIL MUST BE INVESTIGATED.. JUSTICE 4 CHELSEA... HUNGER STRIKE STARTS IN SPRING..
