We try our best to respond to messages and comments on our page in a timely manner within business hours (9am- 5pm) between Monday and Friday. 📣 Calling all young artists and Water Heroes - Our National Water Week Poster Competition is LIVE! 👩‍🎨

🦸‍♂️ Your mission: Get creative and design, draw or paint a poster that reflects the 2026 National Water Week theme - Water Heroes: Make Every Drop Count. Help spread the word about water conservation with your amazing artwork!💧

🚨NEW for 2026!🚨 We’re excited to introduce a new Year 7–8 category, meaning this year's comp is open for young artists from Early Learning through to Year 8!

Head to the website for more information or to upload your entry. Don't miss your chance to win amazing individual prizes for students and there is a draw for $1000 funding for a sustainability project for participating schools.

🌿 Working together for healthier waterways and landscapes

With support from Westernport Water, the facilitator program delivered by is now operating in the Guys Creek catchment.

Located near Corinella and Coronet Bay, Guys Creek is 2 km long and flows into Westernport Bay.

The program supports collaboration across public and private land, helping landholders tackle shared challenges and seize opportunities.

Through a dedicated extension officer, we’re supporting:

✔️ Revegetation
✔️ Integrated w**d control
✔️ Pest animal management

An extension officer from Bass Coast Landcare Network is visiting consenting rural properties to provide advice and suggest available funding streams (as applicable).

Today is the last day of our Water Main Cleaning program!

🚨 Various streets of Bass and COWES (West) will be affected today - Thursday 30 April 2026.

🚫💧 Water services will be turned off for approximately 2 hours while we complete this essential maintenance.

📝 Customers affected by today's works will have been advised by a letter left at their property.

You can also view a schedule of works for each affected street on our website, or alternatively, please call our Customer Service Team on 1300 720 711.
